Creativity

Since 2022 Głowicka has been researching creativity — what it is, how it can be taught, and what role it plays in a society that increasingly automates the making of things. The work is arts-based, using the methods of composition, performance and listening as instruments of enquiry rather than studying creative practice from outside it. It is carried out at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, with partners including the Riga Academy of Culture, TU Delft, AHK, the Royal Conservatory The Hague and Leiden University, and is supported by the NRO through a Comenius Senior Fellowship, the ZHIA Impactfonds, the Inholland Open Access Fund, the Virtual International Samenwerking scheme and the ARC Research Group.
